Sennen Cove

Sennen Cove is a small coastal village in Cornwall, only a few miles from Lands End, Penzance and St Ives.

It boasts the most stunning long sandy beach, Whitesands, with turquoise blue sea which is Cornwalls most Westerly surf hotspot. During the summer months it's manned by Lifeguards so it makes for a relaxing day at the beach for families. There are local surf schools where lessons can be booked with qualified instructors or hire equipment and a surf shop should you need to pick up any supplies.

Sennen still remains a traditional fishing village where you can watch the harbour at work. You may catch a glimpse of the life boat which is housed at the station in the heart of Sennen. Just beyond the life boat station you will find the Round House Gallery which is now host to local artisans creations. Along the seafront there is a small and friendly shop, a local market held every Tuesday, cafes, fish and chip shop The Surf Beach Bar and the loacal pub, The Old Success Inn, the perfect place to end the day.

Trevince is 100% dog friendly and whilst Whitesands beach welcome dogs there are restrictions during the summer months (seasonal dog ban 1st May - 30th September from 8am until 7pm) there is nearby Gwenver beach accessible from the coastal path heading towards Cape Cornwall.
